House rules
Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to reservations of 10 nights or more; stays of 21 nights or longer require two mid-stay cleanings. These charges are separate from the departure cleaning fee collected at booking. Customer support coordinates scheduling and applies the charges. Winter gnats are naturally more prevalent; keep doors and windows closed and screens secured to reduce their impact.
Getting there
A car is necessary. Princeville shops, restaurants, a grocery market and scenic hiking trails are within walking distance. North Shore beaches and Hanalei Bay are a short drive away. Parking is limited to the driveway; garage parking is unavailable. The property is for sale, and the property manager will contact guests to arrange showings at a convenient time. Surveillance cameras point toward the exterior of the home.
