The home has 1,425 square feet of interiors, open-concept living and dining areas, sectional seating, a large smart TV and garden views. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer and small appliances.

The Primary Suite has a California king bed, garden access and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks and a large walk-in double shower. The Junior Primary Suite has a California king bed, pool views, a lanai and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks, a tile shower and soaking tub. The Guest Room has a queen bed and a lanai facing the private backyard. The Bunk Room has two bunk beds comprising three twin sleeping surfaces and one full sleeping surface. The Guest Room and Bunk Room share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. All bedrooms have split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans; the living and dining rooms do not have air conditioning.

Outdoor facilities include a furnished lanai, private yard, tropical gardens, fenced saltwater pool, hot tub, barbecue and outdoor shower. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are provided. Indoor facilities include Wi-Fi, multiple televisions, a washer and dryer, a ping-pong table, toys and a Pack and Play. The ping-pong table and beach items are in the garage, which is unavailable for parking.

Princeville shops, restaurants, a grocery market and scenic hiking trails are within walking distance. North Shore beaches and Hanalei Bay are a short drive away. A car is necessary. The property is currently for sale, and the property manager will arrange showings at a convenient time. Exterior-facing surveillance cameras are used for security.

Winter gnats are naturally more prevalent; keep doors and windows closed and screens secured to reduce their impact.
