The house

The ground floor has a south-facing living area with a large flat-screen TV and remote-controlled gas fireplace, an open kitchen, and a separate guest WC. The kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. A south-facing terrace and small private garden have outdoor furniture available approximately April–October. Upstairs are a main bedroom with a small step-out balcony, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. The lower ground floor has the third bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, large shower, washbasin and WC, and a private-use sauna with colour therapy and two relaxation loungers. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV. Heating, a washing machine and dryer are available. Bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, starter bathroom supplies, a water carafe and luggage service to/from the property are included. Guests can use public transport on Sylt free of charge through Sylt Go!.
