The house

The apartment has approximately 89 m² of usable space over the ground and lower-ground floors and accommodates up to four guests. The ground floor has a spacious living room with an L-shaped sofa in the bay window, a wood-burning stove, a smart television, Bose SoundTouch music system and soundbar, an open kitchen and a separate guest WC. Both bedrooms are on the lower-ground floor, each with a 1.8 × 2 m double bed with an open foot end and a 40-inch television. The lower-ground bathroom has a bathtub, shower and WC. A separate utility room contains a washing machine and dryer. The west-facing terrace has outdoor furniture and a hooded beach chair available approximately April–October. Heating, window privacy screens, an ironing board, a hairdryer, a cosmetic mirror and a heated towel rail are provided. Bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, a starter supply of bathroom products, a water carafe and luggage service to and from the property are included. Children are welcome. Guests can use public transport on Sylt free of charge through the Sylt Go! programme.
