The house

The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional guest WC. The living and dining area features oak flooring, designer lighting, books, a television and an iPod dock. The open-plan kitchen has a cooking island, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. There are two televisions in total. A south-facing garden and south- and west-facing terraces provide outdoor space. A beach chair and garden furniture are available approximately April–October. The lower-ground sauna area, with shower, WC and loungers, is shared with the whole house. Bed linen, towels, initial bathroom supplies, NATURE toiletries, a water carafe and luggage service to and from the apartment are included. Guests can use public transport on Sylt free of charge through Sylt Go!
