Three guest houses are offered as studio apartments. Two ground-floor chalet studios have direct access to the pool and air conditioning. The studios have a king-size bed, sleeping couch, television, small dining area, luggage bench and cabinet, and a private terrace. Each guest house accommodates up to three guests. Final cleaning and bath and bed linen are included.

Lake Ohrid is 80 metres away. Ohrid and National Park Galičica are within a 20-minute drive.

Children aged 0–4 stay free; children aged 5–9 are charged 50% of the price. Final cleaning and bath and bed linen are included.
