The house

The open-plan living area has couches, a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and heat pumps, and connects to a kitchen-dining area with stone benchtops. Kitchen equipment includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hobs, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Bi-folding doors lead to a private tiled balcony with outdoor seating and lake and mountain views. A second outdoor living area provides a patio with a garden table and chairs.

All three bedrooms are upstairs and each has a queen-size bed. The upper floor has a full bathroom and a private ensuite off the master bedroom. Both bathrooms have a shower, hand basin and toilet; there is also a separate toilet. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. A hair dryer is provided.

Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels, with pillows and duvets provided. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure.

The town centre is a one-minute walk away, with essential amenities, cafes, restaurants and bars. The Taupo lakefront is an eight-minute walk away. Adjacent apartments will be occupied during your stay. Three off-street parking spaces are available; the garage is not available for guest use.
