## About the house

The home accommodates up to six guests, with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a single bed, and Bedroom 3 has a queen and a single bed. One bathroom has a bath, shower, hand basin and toilet; the other has a shower, toilet and hand basin.

The living area has a wood burner, TV, DVD player, stereo, books, games and puzzles. Storage heaters and a fan are also provided. Sliding doors open to the outdoor area, which has a table, chairs and BBQ, with a garden and patio.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hobs, microwave, toaster and kettle. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels, plus pillows and duvets. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure.

A public walkway opposite Kathleen Place provides access to the lake and connects with a walking and cycling route. Two Mile Bay Sailing Club is a two-minute drive away, and Taupo Central is a seven-minute drive away. Huka Falls and Craters of the Moon are a 17-minute drive away.
