House rules

No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Approved pet stays incur an additional cleaning fee of $200. Do not wear shoes indoors and report any breakages. Breaches may result in a $500 fine plus compensation for costs or damage and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification is required after booking; check-in details are released only after successful verification. Key collection is onsite, with details provided three days before check-in for confirmed bookings. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability from the night before and additional charges; guaranteed early access requires booking the preceding night, and guaranteed late departure requires booking an additional night, subject to availability. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after checkout. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take rubbish to the correct bins, turn off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for belongings before leaving. Return of found items within Australia is subject to postage and service fees; retrieval is not guaranteed. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.

Getting there

Underground parking is limited to one vehicle. The closest bus stop is 160 m away at Tuggeranong Interchange Plt 3. Canberra Airport is 25 km away, approximately 30 minutes by car or two hours by public transport.
