This family-friendly studio accommodates two guests and has two beds and one bathroom. A private balcony overlooks the pool. Inside are a well-equipped kitchenette for quick meals and snacks, a smart flatscreen TV for streaming, and a gas fireplace.

Guests have access to Lakeland Village's seasonal pool, pools and hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, firepit, grills and lakeside barbecues, along with a nearby private beach. Community facilities are reserved for Lakeland Village guests and owners and are shared rather than exclusive to this studio.

Access to Lakeland Village community pools, including a seasonal pool. Facilities are shared with other guests and owners, not exclusive to the studio.

The studio is on the second story. Guests have access to a nearby private beach shared by the Lakeland Village community. Parking permits and local parking rules apply.

Maximum occupancy is two guests and must not be exceeded. South Lake Tahoe city ordinances apply, including quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., no open flames, no smoking and parking-permit requirements. City violations may incur fines of up to $2000 without warning.

The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different unit-specific or legal minimum applies, provide proof of age on request and remain for the entire stay. Younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Stays are temporary, not permanent residential use.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law. Emotional support animals require authorization as pets. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission; additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills are prohibited. Adults must supervise minors at all times.

Subject to booking-channel terms, guests are responsible for damage or loss, pet-policy violation charges up to $1,000, additional cleaning charges up to $500 or actual cost if greater, and agency or HOA fines plus related damages. Late departure may incur a charge up to one night's rental. Rule violations may end the stay without refund. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.

Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for resolution. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. The booking channel's cancellation policy applies. Unit-specific terms override general rental terms; booking-channel terms control where applicable.
