House rules

Maximum occupancy is two guests and must not be exceeded. Stays are temporary only, not for permanent residence. The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different unit-specific or legal minimum applies, provide proof of age on request, and remain throughout the stay. Younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Follow South Lake Tahoe city ordinances. No open flames or smoking; smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Charcoal grills are prohibited. Pets require authorization in the reservation; legally required service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals require authorization as pets. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents, and other structures require Avari’s written permission, and additional fees may apply. Adults must supervise minors at all times. City ordinance violations may incur fines up to $2000 without warning. Subject to booking-channel terms, pet-policy violations may incur charges up to $1,000; additional cleaning for rule violations or excessive mess may cost up to $500 or the actual cost if greater. Guests are responsible for damage, loss, applicable fines, and related damages. Late departure may incur a fee up to one night’s rental. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional charge. Rule violations may end the stay without a refund. Unit-specific terms override general terms, and booking-channel terms control where applicable. The cancellation policy agreed through the booking channel applies.

Getting there

Parking permits and local parking rules apply. Guests have access to Lakeland Village’s private sandy beach and pier. Heavenly Resort is within a mile; Ski Run Marina is a short stroll along the shoreline.
