The living room has a usable fireplace and connects to a dining area and an island kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, blender, ice maker, cookware, dishes and silverware. Four bedrooms are on the second floor: one king room with a full ensuite bathroom and TV, one queen room, one room with two twin beds and a TV, and another queen room with a full ensuite bathroom. A fifth bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed and closet. All five bedrooms have air conditioning. There are four full bathrooms with showers and one half bathroom across the second floor, main floor and lower level. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided. Outside are a private heated outdoor pool with surrounding fencing, a fenced yard, a lawn extending to the water's edge, an uncovered patio, lounge chairs, patio furniture, a gas BBQ and outdoor dining. A trampoline and bikes are available. Indoor facilities include central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi advertised as high-speed, smart TV, an elliptical fitness machine and a ping-pong table. Maximum occupancy is 10; no additional persons beyond this maximum are permitted. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Smoking is not allowed. One dog of 30 lbs or less is permitted; larger dogs, multiple dogs and all other pets require express approval. Events are prohibited under the standard policy. Events, commercial activities, rotating groups during the same stay and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. If the dates are not rebooked, the original guest may use them provided scheduled payments are complete and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement.
