## About the house

The villa accommodates up to eight guests in four ensuite bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a private balcony, lake and mountain views, and two full ensuite bathrooms. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and lake and mountain views; Guest Bedroom 3 has a double bed and garden view; Guest Bedroom 4 has a double bed and lake view.

The open-plan living area has large lake-facing windows, plush seating and a gas fireplace. The dining room seats eight. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a gas range, granite countertops, an island seating four, a built-in espresso machine and a wine fridge, along with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and small appliances.

Waterfront patios provide outdoor dining and several seating areas. A hot tub overlooks the lake, and the grounds include a gas fire pit, propane BBQ, private yard and garden, outdoor shower and beach towels. The private beach and dock are onsite, with access for swimming, boating and launching paddleboards.

Recreation equipment includes a Peloton bike, air hockey table and cornhole set. Smart TVs, a Sonos audio system, Wi-Fi and a printer/scanner/fax are provided. A laundry room has high-efficiency washing and drying machines. Heating, linens, a private entrance and self check-in/check-out are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, deadbolt lock and outdoor lighting; security cameras are present.

A car is necessary. Galbraith Mountain trails, the Stuart Mountain trail network, Downtown Bellingham, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and BLI Airport are a short drive away. Stays longer than 10 days require a mid-stay clean at additional cost.
