This 1,637-square-foot condo has exposed-beam ceilings, large windows and natural wood accents. One bedroom is on the main floor and two are upstairs; all are paired with full bathrooms, TVs and windows overlooking the alpine landscape.

The living area has a gas fireplace, heating and a smart TV, with cable/satellite television also available. The full kitchen includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics. A deck has a gas grill, outdoor table and seating with mountain views. A washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, hair dryer and hangers are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are available.

Community facilities include a heated pool, hot tub and sauna. Keystone Tennis Center, Keystone Conference Center and Keystone Lake, including its winter ice rink, are nearby. The Mountain House Lodge ski lifts are just over a mile east, and Keystone Nordic Center is two miles west. A mountain shuttle stop is right outside the door. The River Course is two miles away and the Ranch Course is four miles away, both within a short drive.

Minimum age to book is 21. Children are welcome. All guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Dog weight and number limits are strictly enforced by the HOA property manager; fees for noncompliance are deducted from the deposit.
