Guests must follow all City of South Lake Tahoe ordinances. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No open flames or smoking are permitted. Parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded under any circumstances. The City of South Lake Tahoe may impose fines of up to $2000 without warning for violations. The renter must be at least 25 years old.
Getting there
Private sandy beach access and a pier are available at Lakeland Village on Lake Tahoe. Heavenly Resort is within a mile. Ski Run Marina is a short stroll along the shoreline. Parking permits apply. The renter must be at least 25 years old.
