## About the house

The apartment accommodates four guests across two levels. Stairs lead to the upper open-plan living and dining area, which has leather lounges, a TV and a covered balcony with outdoor dining furniture. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cooking utensils, including a microwave and coffee maker.

The lower level has a dedicated study nook and two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, storage, block-out blinds and access to a private balcony. There is no air conditioning downstairs or in the bedrooms; plug-in fans are provided in each bedroom. Air conditioning and heating are available in the apartment. The bathroom has a combined bathtub and shower, and in-unit laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi, a hair dryer and an iron are provided.
