The house

The renovated, self-contained apartment has ocean glimpses, a bright open-plan living area with ceiling fans and a private balcony with outdoor seating. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 1 each have one queen bed; Bedroom 3 has two bunk beds. Linen is included.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, with a dining table, dishes and silverware. Facilities include Wi-Fi, TV, heating, a BBQ, an outdoor swimming pool and an internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer and iron. A smoke detector is provided.

Lift access and free secure undercover parking are available, along with free street parking. The apartment has direct beach access across a boardwalk and dunes. The Esplanade, with cafés, restaurants, shops and entertainment, is a two-minute walk away. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.
