What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
How many guests can stay at Lady Swan Villa?
The villa accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms with five beds. Additional guests may be possible by prior arrangement.
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The villa has a private swimming pool exclusively for guest use, regularly cleaned and maintained.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. Monthly rentals typically include weekly housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
Is Wi-Fi available for remote work?
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is included and is described as suitable for video calls, streaming, and remote work. Specific bandwidth requirements should be confirmed before booking.
What are the special house rules?
Events and outside guests are not allowed. Commercial photography and filming are allowed subject to terms and conditions. Valuables should be locked in the safety deposit box.
