This 70 sqm first-floor home occupies a Victorian building on a quiet, tree-lined avenue. The living room has modern art, furnished seating and French glass doors opening onto a Juliet balcony. The dining table overlooks the garden, and guests have access to a communal garden at the front of the home.

The primary bedroom has a super-king-size rattan bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and limited storage. Both bedrooms have Juliet balconies. The bathroom has a deep soaking bathtub with an overhead shower.

The equipped dark grey kitchen includes an electric oven, a smaller-than-usual induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels and TV are provided. The fireplace is ornamental. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided.

Free internet is available. There is no air-conditioning; fans are provided in each bedroom from May through September and can be requested outside that period. Babies, toddlers, children and pets are welcome.

Ladbroke Grove Station is a five-minute walk away. Nearby places to explore include Portobello Road Market, Kensington High Street, the Saturday Notting Hill Farmers' Market, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.
