# Labraduck Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 18 guests and has eight full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Wrap-around decks surround the home. The top floor contains open living and dining areas, a great room and a well-equipped kitchen. The first-floor recreation room has a pool table and refrigerator; laundry is on the second floor. Multiple Smart TVs are provided. The sleeping layout includes four king rooms, three queen rooms, and a room with a double/twin duo bunk and a twin trundle. Seven bedrooms are designated ensuite; the remaining queen room has deck access and a separate full bathroom on the same level. Outside are a fenced 36-by-16-foot private pool, a grassy area inside the fence, a poolside hot tub, a sand volleyball court, an outdoor shower and a grilling patio with a gas grill outside the pool area. Five beach chairs are provided. Duck Landing community facilities include an indoor pool, kiddie pool, gym, game room, pickleball courts, playground and beach access. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes and utensils, a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. Other facilities include central heating and air conditioning, outdoor furniture, municipal water and keyless entry. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027. The ocean and shopping, dining and activities in central Duck are a short stroll away. Beach access is via Duck Landing Beach Access. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027. No smoking.
