The house

The downstairs living area has a large sectional sofa and TV with access to Netflix and Disney+. The full kitchen includes appliances, ample bench space and a central island. The dining area opens onto a private patio with outdoor dining and a BBQ.

All four bedrooms are upstairs, away from the main living areas. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, private TV and ensuite. Bedrooms two and three each have two king single beds, and bedroom four has one king single bed. An upstairs family bathroom includes a bathtub, and a powder room is downstairs.

Split-system air conditioning serves the living area, primary bedroom and fourth bedroom. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace and a laundry with washer and dryer are available. There is one allocated space in a shared carport, with free street parking nearby.

Ian Dipple Lagoon is an easy walk away for calm swimming and paddleboarding. Labrador Beach and Marine Parade’s cafés and eateries are minutes away. The Broadwater offers foreshore walks and sunset picnic spots; Harbour Town, Southport and waterfront parklands are also close by.
