The house

The townhouse has two living areas, three upstairs bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Downstairs, the open-plan living area includes a sofa, HD TV and split-system air conditioning. The adjoining dining area seats six, and the kitchen has a breakfast bar, electric cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

A covered patio surrounded by greenery has a gas BBQ, wicker lounges, an outdoor table, ceiling fans and adjustable shade blinds. Upstairs, a second living area has recliners, with bean bags stored in the wardrobes for extra seating for children. A dedicated workspace includes a desk, chair and Wi-Fi. The private balcony has seating for two.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, split-system air conditioning, a ceiling fan and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan; the third has two single beds and a ceiling fan. The main bathroom has a separate bathtub and walk-in shower. A private laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. The property has a private entrance and garden views. Guests must climb stairs.
