The townhouse has two living areas, three upstairs bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Downstairs, the open-plan living area includes a sofa, HD TV and split-system air conditioning. The adjoining dining area seats six, and the kitchen has a breakfast bar, electric cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

A covered patio surrounded by greenery has a gas BBQ, wicker lounges, an outdoor table, ceiling fans and adjustable shade blinds. Upstairs, a second living area has recliners, with bean bags stored in the wardrobes for extra seating for children. A dedicated workspace includes a desk, chair and Wi-Fi.
