Are the bedrooms suites?
Yes. All four have private bathrooms; the fourth is separate from the main house next to the pool.
What vehicle should I use?
The description says no 4x4 is required, but transport guidance specifies SUV, AWD or 4x4 access. Confirm a smaller vehicle's suitability with the manager.
How does arrival work?
The gated home uses a PIN for access, supplied by the manager.
Is the pool shared?
No. The entire property and swimming pool are private, with no shared spaces.
What is nearby?
Playa Tortuga and Playa Ventanas, Ojochal restaurants, pickleball and tennis courts are nearby. The concierge provides activity information and can arrange a travel cot for an extra fee with at least 48 hours' notice.
