The villa is in the hilly Pisan Hills area. Lari is 5 km away, Casciana Terme is 5.5 km away, Pisa is 32 km away, and beaches at Castiglioncello are 35 km away. The last 500 m of the access road is unpaved. Parking is inside the property with six uncovered spaces.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning for animals. The property is for lease only.
