Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Extra guests are not covered by the rate without prior authorization. Services at the villa may be provided exclusively by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. Heating is available on request and charged according to consumption.
