## About the house

The raised-ground-floor living room has pale wood flooring, modern artwork, a large bay window and a window seat. A couple of steps lead down to a dining area with seating for eight and a window overlooking the patio garden. The kitchen has red units and black tiles, with a cooker, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cookware, crockery, toaster, kettle and coffee-making equipment.

Both bedrooms are on the lower ground floor. The principal bedroom has a king-size bed, a freestanding bath in the bay window and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a single trundle bed with a second pull-out bed underneath, and French doors opening onto the private patio garden. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and twin wash basins.

Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a DVD player, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided. Portable fans are available for summer.

Veeve provides an in-person welcome, professional cleaning and hotel-quality linens and towels, with complimentary weekly linen changes for longer stays. Subject to availability, additional services include airport pickups and private transfers, bespoke welcome packs, mid-stay housekeeping, fresh towels and linen, and additional bedding or pillows. Baby cots and highchairs are available for hire, and early or late arrival and late departure can be requested.

The apartment spans raised and lower ground floors, with steps between living areas. A school on the same road makes the area busier at weekday drop-off and pick-up times. Building works next door take place Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with a break from 12:00–13:00.

No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. Children and infants are welcome. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is 15:00–21:00; contact Veeve to request arrival outside these hours. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
