Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are prohibited. Smoking is not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. A damage deposit of 150.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs €100 per stay. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
