House rules
Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people up to 18 years old are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be ordered for an additional charge. Optional linen is supplied for the stay without replacement. Do not use household electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. A refundable €800 security deposit is required per booking. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional charges per booking: kitchen linen €2; towel set €7; double-bed linen €15; single-bed linen €12; end-of-stay cleaning €60; bath mat €3. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the booking. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and provide an arrival time. In low season, arrival and departure times can be arranged flexibly with the agency.
Getting there
Grande Plage is 900 m away; the sandy beaches of La Tranche and Clemenceau are each 1.2 km away. One outdoor parking space is available.
