The property is rented as a private structure. Pets are allowed on request. The property itself is not fenced in, although the swimming pool is fenced. The fireplace is ornamental only.
Getting there
The access road is approximately 1 km, partly paved and partly gravel, with holes, bumps and a couple of tight bends. Excessively large vehicles and sports cars may have difficulty; small or medium-sized vehicles are recommended. Cortona/Camucia is 5 km away, Camucia train station is 5 km away, and the Tyrrhenian Sea is 150 km away.
