The property is in the Cortona area. The access road includes about 1 km of partly paved and partly gravel road, with holes, bumps and a couple of elbow curves. Very large vehicles and sports cars may be unsuitable; small- or medium-sized vehicles are recommended. Cortona/Camucia is 5 km away, and the Tyrrhenian Sea is 150 km away.
