The villa is reached by 100 metres of gravel road. Chiusi train station is 11 km away and the A1 Chiusi/Chianciano Terme exit is 15 km away. The property has five outdoor parking spaces. Lake Trasimeno is 15 km away and the Tyrrhenian Sea is 140 km away.

The property is not fenced. Pets are allowed. The pool is seasonal and available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
