The property is fenced, with neighbours nearby. Inside are two living rooms with televisions and work areas; one also has a dining area. The separate kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils.
