The apartment accommodates four guests in two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and has two bathrooms. Access is through a courtyard, followed by a staircase to the first level. This level has a living area with an equipped kitchen and dining table, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a large shower.

The second level has another queen bedroom with an en suite shower bathroom and access to a terrace arranged over two levels. The lower terrace has an outdoor dining area with a stove, sofas and a sunshade. The upper terrace has deckchairs, sofas and a sunshade, with views over Ortigia and the sea; Mount Etna is visible in clear weather.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, a moka coffee maker, a kettle, an oven, a dishwasher and a hairdryer.

Catania Fontanarossa Airport is around 65 km away, and Comiso Pio La Torre Airport is 110 km away. Syracuse railway station and the interbus station with airport connections are approximately 2 km away on foot.

Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
