The apartment accommodates five guests. A windowed kitchen overlooks the terrace and includes an oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and dining table. The living room has a second dining table, a double sofa bed and a single bed in an alcove. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and television. There are two bathrooms with showers; one is ensuite and has an opaque sliding glass door. A hairdryer is provided.

The two-level terrace has a dining table, deck chairs and a parasol. It is accessible from the kitchen and living room, with a staircase connecting it to the bedroom. Air conditioning serves the living room and bedroom; independent heat-pump heating, Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available.

The apartment is near the Temple of Apollo at the entrance to Ortigia, a two-minute walk from the market. Restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance. It is about one hour from Catania airport and less than a ten-minute drive from Syracuse train station.

The apartment is on the third floor, reached by a steep communal staircase without an elevator. It is within a limited traffic zone (ZTL); guests are advised to leave their car in nearby parking areas and explore the old town on foot. The market is a two-minute walk away. Catania airport is about one hour away, and Syracuse train station is less than a ten-minute drive away.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the local team before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard arrival ends at 20:00; late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, varying according to local regulations.
