The property is leased as a private structure. Parties and events are forbidden, as are visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit stated in the booking. Small pets are allowed only on request and incur mandatory extra cleaning. The pool is seasonal and is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Getting there
The villa is just outside Monteleone, about 15 km from Cesena and 25 km from Cesenatico. The property is surrounded by the Romagna hills. The access roads are paved up to the entrance. Cesenatico beach is about 25 km away. Parking inside the property has space for about ten cars.
