La Sultana accommodates up to 10 guests across five air-conditioned bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a small living area and a private balcony overlooking the marina and Caribbean Sea. Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed; all four guest bedrooms have dressing areas and garden outlooks. The primary bedroom and three guest bedrooms are upstairs, with one guest bedroom on the ground level beside the kitchen and social spaces.

Open-air social areas with sofas connect to the gardens, and a separate family room provides another gathering space. A covered patio and outdoor dining area extend the living spaces outside. The fully equipped kitchen has wooden cabinetry, a large island, a dishwasher and kitchen basics; a courtyard BBQ provides an outdoor cooking option.

The private half-moon infinity pool is surrounded by loungers, a tiled poolside bar, a gazebo, shaded seating and a pavilion. A covered walkway, water features, pergola, lawn and tropical planting connect the outdoor spaces. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, parking, a dryer, hot water, essentials, shampoo, a hair dryer, a safe, satellite or cable television and a speaker system.

A housekeeper, cook and waiter are included throughout the stay. Concierge arrangements are available for airport transfers, private travel, yacht charters, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking, tours, dining reservations, catering, yoga, in-villa massages and additional staff.

Casa de Campo Marina is 0.2 mi away and has restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Minitas Beach is 1.5 mi away, Altos de Chavon is 2.4 mi away, and the Tennis Center is 2.7 mi away. The Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 3.4 mi away; the Shooting Center is 4.7 mi away.

Pre-arrival Casa de Campo registration is mandatory, and resort fees are paid directly to the resort. The villa is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and a 10-night minimum applies during Christmas and New Year.

The villa has two levels. The primary bedroom and three guest bedrooms are on the second level; one guest bedroom is on the ground level beside the kitchen and social spaces. Casa de Campo Marina is 0.2 mi away, and Minitas Beach is 1.5 mi away.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. A 10-night minimum applies during Christmas and New Year. Occupancy terms are based on double occupancy per bedroom. Casa de Campo registration is required before arrival and requires guest names and passport numbers. Mandatory resort fees are paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day and $12 per child ages 4–12 per day; children under 4 have complimentary access. Registration provides an individual Casa de Campo ID card and access to registered resort facilities, including Minitas Beach, golf, tennis, the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Spa, Fitness Center, pool towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services. An 18% service fee and the Casa de Campo resort fee are excluded from accommodation charges. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required.
