House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. A 10-night minimum stay applies during Christmas and New Year. Booking charges are based on double occupancy per bedroom and exclude an 18% service fee and Casa de Campo resort fees. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. Resort registration costs $25 per adult per day and $12 per child ages 4–12 per day; children under 4 register free. Resort fees are paid directly to Casa de Campo. Guest names and passport numbers are required before arrival.
Getting there
Minitas Beach is 0.6 miles away and an easy walk from the villa. Resort registration is required to access Casa de Campo facilities.
