## About the house

The villa combines several indoor seating and television areas with open-air living spaces facing a private pool, BBQ area and large backyard shaded by a mature tree. Outdoor seating, a private yard and a lanai/balcony provide additional places to gather. A hot tub is also available.

All four bedrooms have air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 have queen bedding.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, ice machine, dishes and utensils. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, trash bags and laundry detergent are provided. A washer, dryer, hair dryer, shampoo, hot water and essentials are available. Entertainment includes television, satellite or cable TV and a speaker system.

Housekeeper, cook and waiter service are included throughout the stay. Concierge arrangements are available for private travel, airport transfers, yacht charters, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking, villa meet and greet, tours, excursions, dinner reservations, catering, yoga, in-villa massages and additional staff.

Casa de Campo is a 7,000-acre oceanfront resort community on the southeastern shore of the Dominican Republic. Its facilities include beaches, golf, tennis, an equestrian center, a shooting center, spa and wellness facilities, restaurants and the Marina. Altos de Chavon is the community's artist village. Resort registration is required for facility access, and registered guests receive individual Casa de Campo ID cards for their stay.

Minitas Beach is 0.6 miles away and an easy walk from the villa. The Marina is 2.8 miles away and Altos de Chavon is 1.5 miles away. The Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 1.8 miles away, the Tennis Center is 1.9 miles away and the Shooting Center is 3.4 miles away.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. A 10-night minimum stay applies during Christmas and New Year. Booking charges are based on double occupancy per bedroom and exclude an 18% service fee and Casa de Campo resort fees. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. Resort registration costs $25 per adult per day and $12 per child ages 4–12 per day; children under 4 register free. Resort fees are paid directly to Casa de Campo. Guest names and passport numbers are required before arrival.
