The pool is a few metres from the villa and is accessed from the veranda portico via a few steps. It measures 18 x 8 m, has a depth of 1.40–2.50 m, Roman steps and a metal ladder, and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Heating up to 26°C is available on request at extra cost, subject to weather conditions; a cover helps maintain the temperature.

Wi-Fi internet connection is available.

The villa is in Savignano sul Rubicone. Savignano Mare and San Mauro Mare beaches are 10 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. A parking area for three cars is next to the entrance; parking for up to 20 cars is 30 m away.

The property is for private lease. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The grounds are not fenced.
