# La Romantica - Cristina Manerba del Garda, Lombardia, Italy (general area) ## About the house The house accommodates seven guests in four first-floor bedrooms. The open-plan living area has a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and well-equipped open kitchen. Two French doors lead to a covered porch and garden with an outdoor dining table seating eight. A toilet and washing machine are also on this floor. The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and private terrace overlooking the residence's internal courtyards. The second has a double bed, wardrobe and small balcony. The third has a single bed and wardrobe, and the fourth has a double bed. Two further bathrooms have showers and hairdryers. The bed inventory comprises three queen-size beds and one single bed. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. Wi-Fi, fans and an iron are available. The residence's shared swimming pool includes a hot tub and is open from 1 May to 30 September, from 09:00–13:00 and 15:00–20:00. Swimming caps are mandatory. The basement is not accessible to guests and may be used by the owner through a completely separate entrance. The house is approximately 20 minutes by car from Desenzano train station and approximately 50 minutes from Bergamo-Orio al Serio airport. The surrounding Valtenesi hills offer agricultural estates with Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wine tastings, horse riding, local trattorias and golf courses. Rocca di Manerba Natural Park offers walks with views across Lake Garda and some of its islands.
