Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor and lies within a ZTL limited traffic zone. Leaving the car in nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Genova Principe station is a 15-minute walk away; Genoa airport is a 15-minute drive away. Building renovation work may cause daytime noise.
