The apartment occupies the second floor of an old building. Its bright living room overlooks Piazza Campetto and has a sofa, an armchair and a TV. The adjoining modern kitchen includes a dining table, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and moka coffee maker.

One bedroom has a queen-size bed and a desk. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds, with a desk in one of them. Two bathrooms have showers. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are available.

The apartment is in a limited traffic zone. Nearby parking is recommended for exploring the old town on foot. Genova Principe station is a 15-minute walk away, and Genoa airport is a 15-minute drive away. Building renovation work may cause daytime noise.
