House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Pets are not permitted. Outdoor music is prohibited; indoor music must not be audible outdoors. Music audible from the property line violates the city ordinance. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00–22:00.
Getting there
Fred Wolff Nature Preserve is a few blocks away for hiking. Restaurants, shopping, theaters, golf and tennis clubs are a short drive away. Parks and the Empire Polo Club are also a short drive away.
