The 240 m² villa is arranged over three floors. The first-floor bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; the two ground-floor bedrooms each have a double bed. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. There is also a shared shower bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor. A cot and high chair are available.

The air-conditioned living-dining room has two sofas, satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has gas cooking facilities. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. Wi-Fi is available.

Outside are a 13 × 5 m chlorine swimming pool, four sun loungers, three terraces, an equipped porch and a barbecue. The pool depth ranges from 0.5 to 1.6 m. There is a small golf course, with golf clubs and balls available. Exterior parking accommodates one car.

The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
