## About the house

The 16,145-square-foot villa has nine ensuite bedrooms distributed across three pavilions connected by garden walkways. Views extend toward Minitas Bay, Catalina Island and the Caribbean Sea. The main living area has high ceilings, white sofas and large windows, with a round dining table for group meals. A separate powder room serves the shared areas.

The professional-grade kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, dual ovens, a large refrigerator, a central island and a stocked dishware pantry. An outdoor kitchen has a stone oven, grill and bar seating. Housekeepers, a chef and a butler are included.

Garden paths lead to the private pool, outdoor dining spaces and private beachfront. Loungers overlook the gardens and sea, and a thatched-roof pavilion provides shaded dining space. Recreation includes a gym with Pilates equipment, ping pong and a private court suitable for pickleball or volleyball. Satellite or cable television, a speaker system, a lanai or balcony, a dishwasher, dryer, safe and hair dryer are available.

The primary bedroom includes a seating area and access to an outdoor shower. Guest bedroom 8 has a small living area for games. Several suites have seating areas, garden views or access to outdoor shower spaces.

Registered guests receive resort ID cards providing access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Tennis Courts, Casa de Campo Spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and Minitas Beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services. Resort registration fees apply.

The private beach lies beyond the gardens. Minitas Beach is 0.3 miles away, the Marina 1.6 miles away, and the Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center 2.7 miles away. Altos de Chavon is 3.4 miles away, the Tennis Center 3.5 miles away and the Shooting Center 5.4 miles away.

Maximum occupancy is 20 guests, including up to 14 adults and 6 children. Smoking and pets are not permitted. An 18% service fee and Casa de Campo resort registration fees are additional. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. All guests must complete Casa de Campo resort registration before arrival. Registration costs $25 per adult per day for guests 12 and older and $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12; children under 4 are complimentary. Resort fees are paid directly to Casa de Campo.
