The house

The fenced property has nearby neighbours, a garden, a private chlorine pool measuring 6 × 4.4 m and 1–1.60 m deep, an outdoor shower, sun loungers and parasols. A poolside porch has a barbecue and dining table; a second porch is at the front. One shower bathroom is outside and another is inside.

The main interior is arranged on one floor. The dining room has air conditioning, a fireplace, Smart TV and a table for six. The equipped ceramic-hob kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus juicer and crockery. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with towels and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi is free.

There are three bedrooms, including one in a separate small building. Two bedrooms each have a double bed. A cot and high chair can be provided for babies. Bicycles are available for travellers.

The beaches of Sancti Petri and La Barrosa are a 20-minute walk away. Playa de la Barrosa is 1.3 km away, and Chiclana de la Frontera town centre is approximately 7 km away. Restaurants and beach bars are in the direction of the beach. A supermarket is 500 m away and the Urb. Las Torres bus stop is 400 m away.
