La Panoramica is a two-floor stone farmhouse with wooden-beamed ceilings, terracotta and parquet floors, a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, portico, landscaped garden and exclusive-use swimming pool. The property is in Papiano, a hamlet of Marsciano, a few kilometres from Deruta.

The swimming pool is for exclusive use, measures 14 x 6 m, has a depth of 1.10 to 3.50 m, and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. It is reached across lawn and a short flight of stone steps; access to the water is via a metal ladder.

The property is in Papiano, a hamlet of Marsciano. Deruta is a few kilometres away. The access road is paved up to the entrance. The swimming pool is about 10 metres from the portico but is reached by crossing lawn and descending a short flight of stone steps. Supermarkets and shops are about 7 km away; bars and restaurants are a couple of kilometres away.

The property is available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Small and medium-sized pets are permitted; extra cleaning is mandatory when animals are present. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
