House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is eight. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain present throughout the stay. Guests aged 25 or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Full names of all guests and all vehicle license plate numbers must be provided before arrival under Palm Springs requirements. Up to two dogs are permitted with an additional non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, plus tax; dogs may not enter the pool. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions require contacting the Guest Experience team to complete the reservation. Date-dependent minimum stays range from three to seven nights.
