Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. The property has a cancellation policy under which cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee; cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. The Christmas period from December 19 to January 9 is always non-refundable.
